This fall marks a milestone for the Moccasin Bend Lecture Series here in Chattanooga.
Since 2006, National Park Partners has presented lectures from speakers across the country on national parks, conservation, Indigenous culture and history and Chattanooga’s place in the Civil War.
From the start, the series has been underwritten by Tennessee State Representative Greg Vital - and it is now named for his mother, Rita.
