This weekend, the Between the Bridges Local Arts Festival returns to downtown Chattanooga.
This year’s festival - presented by the Association for Visual Arts, or AVA - is Saturday and Sunday in Coolidge Park.
Sarah Moore is AVA’s director of festivals.
Rosie Fitzgerrel is one of the artists who will be at Between the Bridges.
