In 2004, Reginald Smith moved from Memphis to this city to attend classes here on our campus, the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
Since earning his degree at UTC and a PhD, he has served in education, nonprofit leadership and community development - most recently as executive director of The Bethlehem Center in Southside Chattanooga.
A few months ago, Dr. Smith stepped into a new role - as President and CEO of the Urban League of Greater Chattanooga.
