Among them: Layra Navarro Flores, now the community impact director at the American Heart Association here in Chattanooga - recognized as an emerging leader by La Paz in 2017.

Entrepreneurship is on the menu at The Local Juicery + Kitchen in Southside Chattanooga.
It is one of the businesses created, owned and operated by Gisela Bellina and her husband Luis Contreras - who have lived with their family in Chattanooga for years.
