Music that crosses cultures can entertain - and uplift - those who experience it.
On Saturday, the Jewish Federation of Greater Chattanooga will host “Harmony of Heritage: A Fusion of Music from Black and Jewish Culture” - for ages 21 and over - starting at 7:30 PM at the Jewish Cultural Center at 5461 North Terrace Road.
The gathering of music and food will feature the African Kings and Queens of Classical Soul, who will perform works from George Gershwin, Barbra Streisand, Sam Cooke, Pentatonix and more.
Kimmie J. Soul is a soul artist based here in Chattanooga - and the creator of the African Kings and Queens of Classical Soul.
