Spring is the season for visual arts here in Chattanooga.
This year’s 4 Bridges Arts Festival is Saturday, April 18th and Sunday, April 19th at First Horizon Pavilion, presented by the Association for Visual Arts - or AVA.
We’ll talk more about this year’s festival in the coming weeks.
