It’s a journey of one woman’s life across decades- and her ritual of baking a birthday cake.
“Birthday Candles” is the finale from the students of UTC Theatre Co. for this semester here on our campus, the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
The play opens on Tuesday, April 14th - on stage through Saturday, April 18th - in the Dorothy Hackett Ward Theatre in UTC’s Fine Arts Center.
Ajaya Kennedy, a junior, plays Ernestine.
Adam Tisdale, a senior, plays Kenneth.
Anne Swedberg, associate professor of theatre, is the director.
