In the debate over education here in Tennessee, one word we’ve heard is: choice.
One person who pays attention to that word here on our campus - the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga - is Dr. Claudia Kramer, the Scott L. Probasco Distinguished Chair of Free Enterprise at UTC’s Gary W. Rollins College of Business.
She writes a monthly column - “The Exchange” - for the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce.
