A Boost For Chattanooga's Black-Owned Businesses

Black Business Month

Black business owners represent 10 percent of all businesses in this country - and about 30 percent of all minority-owned businesses.

This month, Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union is celebrating six of those business owners here in Chattanooga with a series of online videos as part of National Black Business Month.

One of them is Kelvin J. Lloyd, owner of Mean Green Janitorial Cleaning Service.

He joins us - along with Marcus K. Johnson, small business lender at the credit union.
