What Makes A “Smart City”? Ask These Young Scholars...

This summer, students from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill came to Chattanooga to study its role as a Smart City.

The Morehead-Cain scholars - who were hosted by the Enterprise Center - examined tech projects here, including from UTC’s Center for Urban Informatics and Progress.
