Over the past three years in downtown Chattanooga, local artists have added murals to three of the walls of EPB’s substation on 10th St.

Now, EPB and community partners such as ArtsBuild are inviting artists to submit their proposals to create murals for the fourth and final side of the substation - completing the community mural project.

The theme for this year’s murals: “The Magic of Unity.”

The open call for artists ends on January 31st - and there’s an informational session online next week.

Elizabeth Hammitt is with EPB.
