Where should a new Federal courthouse be located in downtown Chattanooga - to replace the Joel W. Solomon Federal Building and Courthouse, which opened nearly a century ago?

The General Services Administration - the agency which manages Federal properties nationwide - recently narrowed the possible sites to two.
