Time flies in the key of bluegrass here in Chattanooga.
In 2007, a fall tradition was born in this city: The 3 Sisters Bluegrass Music Festival - offering free bluegrass music to the public by the Tennessee River.
The festival is named for the three daughters of Fletcher Bright, bluegrass fiddler and real estate mogul.
This year’s 3 Sisters Festival is Friday and Saturday at Ross’ Landing.
