This weekend, the We Make Festival in Chattanooga celebrates a milestone in a new spot.
This year’s family-friendly celebration of this city’s creative community - from art cars and international food to student art exhibits and works by local artists - is on Saturday, from 11 AM to 3 PM, at Sculpture Fields at Montague Park.
Kate Warren is the founder of Art 120, the nonprofit which presents the festival.
