Carmen Davis and Brian Smith

Carmen Davis can tell you about the music scene here in Chattanooga - and the arts scene - and the slices of culture this city has to offer.

She just started her new job with the City of Chattanooga - as Director of the new Division of Culture, Arts and Creative Economy, under the Department of Parks and Outdoors.

I spoke with her - and Brian Smith, who joined Parks and Outdoors over the summer as its new Communications and Marketing Director.
