Music, arts, food, dance - and soccer - are the key ingredients for this weekend’s Hispanic Heritage Festival here in Chattanooga.

The festival is Saturday from 12 PM to 4 PM at Highland Park Commons, where the Beth Cup soccer tournament begins at 3 PM.
