Fringe Forward: A New Festival Arrives At Barking Legs Theater

This weekend, Barking Legs Theater here in Chattanooga will be buzzing with a kaleidoscope of creative activities indoors and outdoors.

On Friday and Saturday, the theater on Dodds Avenue hosts the first Chattanooga Fringe Festival.

Holly Morse-Ellington is the festival’s program manager.
