Chattamatters: Residency For City Employees On The Ballot

When Chattanooga holds citywide elections next March, voters will decide this question: Should employees of the City of Chattanooga live within the State of Tennessee?

William Newlin of Chattamattters explains the reason behind the upcoming referendum that could change Chattanooga’s city charter.
