“Root for the Home Team” is the next short film in the “Greater Chattanooga” series - out next week from our public media partner WTCI PBS.
Looking at the field today, you would not be able to tell that as recently five years ago, Howard High School here in Chattanooga did not have a baseball team - but dedicated student athletes were determined to have a baseball team for their senior season.
Along with a new coach and the generosity of community, Howard baseball is staking its claim in the storied history of Howard athletics.
