Dalton Mills, a singer-songwriter from Middleboro, Kentucky. joins Richard Winham on this episode of WUTC's "Live in the Library," recorded live downtown at The Chattanooga Public Library.

Mills plays at Cherry Street Tavern in Chattanooga on Tuesday, March 25th.
