Sharing The Story Of "Resilient Threads"

At a time when so many of us are overwhelmed, Dr. Mukta Panda has a story to share.

She is a professor and assistant dean for wellbeing and medical student education at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine at Chattanooga.

Her recent book is “Resilient Threads:  Weaving Joy and Meaning Into Well-Being.”

It’s a memoir by a physician about the struggles of physicians as fellow human beings - but its message is for all of us.
