We focus on our challenges as many communities in one - as we celebrate what inspires us. We resonate with countless voices - in words and spaces, sounds and songs.

In 1931, a Black woman injured in a car accident died after she was refused care at a segregated hospital in Dalton during the Jim Crow era. Her name was Juliette Derricotte. -
Throughout October, stories of individuals buried at Chattanooga's Pleasant Garden Cemetery - one of the oldest historically Black cemeteries in Tennessee - will come to life in a series of original poetic monologues. -
