Teach for America recruits and retains high-performing college graduates nationwide to teach full time in underserved schools for at least two years.
Here in the Chattanooga area, the nonprofit runs two programs with Hamilton County Schools: teacher recruitment, training and retention - and high-intensity tutoring in the schools.
