Sammy L. Davis served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. In 1968, he received the Medal of Honor. During the last week of this March, he came to Chattanooga - and visited the Charles H. Coolidge National Medal of Honor Heritage Center.

“Out at Sea” is the final production of this season from UTC Theatre Co. here on our campus, the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. The absurdist play runs Tuesday, April 9th through Saturday, April 13th at the Dorothy Hackett Ward Theatre stage at UTC’s Fine Arts Center.

The new multipurpose stadium for the Chattanooga Lookouts will be built within the U.S. Pipe / Wheland Foundry site between Broad Street and Interstate 24 - and the ballpark will stand on nine acres of the 120-acre site, now owned by Perimeter Properties.
