Two women - one a folk artist, the other a photographer - are at the heart of the play “Alabaster” this week on our campus, the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
UTC Theatre Co.’s production of Audry Cefaly’s darkly comic tale with a quirky streak set in rural Alabama premieres Tuesday at 7:30 PM in the Dorothy Ward Hackett Theater in UTC’s Fine Arts Center.
Alex Miller-Long is assistant professor of lighting design and technical director for UTC Theatre Co. - and lighting designer and technical director for “Alabaster.”
Emma Hoffbauer is visiting assistant professor of scenic design - and scenic designer, paint and props for UTC Theatre Co. and “Alabaster.”
