For the youngest among us, creating art can lift their lives.

Here in Chattanooga, SPLASH Youth Arts Workshop provides free arts workshops year-round for youth in this city’s underserved communities.

On Saturday, SPLASH hosts its annual Summer Arts Festival in Miller Park, from 10 AM to 3 PM.

Artists Charlie and Iantha Newton are the founders of SPLASH.
