A new artistic collective here in Chattanooga launches its first outing this weekend - with a riverboat trip to Maclellan Island.

Saturday’s journey, starting at 7 PM, is the first event in the “Search Party” series - blending art and nature - from WauMaus, a nonprofit devoted to the artistic spark in this city.

Reed Caldwell and Jules Downum are with WauMaus.
