Where early learning meets teaching artists, everyone has a chance to grow.
Our campus, the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, is now the home of the Little Miss Mag Early Learning Center here in Chattanooga.
Last fall, the center hosted Emma Collins of Scenic City Shakespeare for an arts integration residency in Taylor Winnie’s classroom.
Emma is a Wolf Trap teaching artist through the Arts-Based Collaborative here at UTC.
I spoke with Taylor, Emma - and Josie Bailey, an art education major at UTC who observed the residency as part of her research.
