Here in Chattanooga, among the many projects to build more affordable housing and boost home ownership in this city, one development now in the works for Alton Park offers something different from apartments or condos.

Sommerville Cottages features single-family and multi-unit homes with green spaces that residents will share.

The developer for the project is Adam Kinsey of The Kinsey Company.
