When Linda Gambill was in her early twenties, she volunteered for the Peace Corps.
That decision took her across the world to West Africa - to teach health and nutrition to women in a village.
How Linda’s decision nearly fifty years ago changed her - and those around her across continents - is the story she tells in her book, “The Geography of Desire: A Memoir of West Africa” - recently published by Apprentice House Press, based at Loyola University in Maryland.
