As of today, Catoosa County and Ringgold will serve residents needs through their regular administration numbers, according to County Manager Mike Helton and City Manager Dan Wright.
"Over the last few days we have seen the calls coming in on the help line dwindle, so we want to reassign those staff members to assist elsewhere and allow residents to contact us on our regular lines," Helton said.
County residents needing assistance my now call (706) 965-2500 for non-emergency assistance relating to the aftermath of the storm.
Ringgold residents may call (706) 935-3061 should they need information or additional non-emergency assistance, Wright said.
The volunteer line is still available for any wishing to assist in the clean-up or rebuild at (706) 935-2109.
All lines are available during normal business hours Monday-Friday.
