The Diamond Dogs is one of my favorite bands in Chattanooga.
I've gone on record a number of times - probably too many times - saying, "I don't really care for so-called 'cover bands.'" A matter of taste, obviously - as many, many people almost certainly don't agree with me."
But the point is moot in this instance, because - as they've told me themselves, more than once: This isn't a cover band - this is a tribute to their hero, and mine: David Bowie.
And they always acquit themselves in fine style.
