Friday is the anniversary of the first day of what is today UTC opening its doors in 1886 - and the start of Hispanic Heritage Month. Edwin Murillo is Associate Professor of Spanish and Director of Latin American Studies - and Niky Tejero is Associate Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences.
