For Chattanooga’s Art Scene, A New Festival For The Palette

Chattanooga is a magnet for art - and art festivals. This weekend, a new festival joins the calendar: the Chattanooga Art Fest, Saturday and Sunday in Coolidge Park.

Frances Schube is president of Splash Festivals, the Georgia-based organizer of the Chattanooga Art Fest.
