Last fall, Linor Shirinov arrived here in Chattanooga from Israel - just in time for the Jewish High Holy Days.

For the next few years, she is serving as the latest cultural emissary from Israel at the Jewish Federation of Greater Chattanooga - and connecting with the local Jewish community in this area.

This Wednesday, starting at 5:30 PM, the Federation will host a dinner featuring storytellers from Israel at the Jewish Cultural Center at 5461 N. Terrace Road.
