In 2024, a fire at The Chattery on Rossville Avenue in downtown Chattanooga forced the community education nonprofit to relocate.

After sixteen months of offering events and classes from a space on Broad St. and pop-ups around the city, The Chattery recently moved back to its home on Rossville Avenue.

Jennifer Holder and Shawanda Mason are co-founders of The Chattery.
