For thirty years here in Chattanooga and the Tennessee Valley, LaTrice Currie has been a familiar face and voice on TV.

A native Tennessean who grew up in Nashville, she joined the news team at Local 3 in 1995 as a general assignment reporter.

Today, she co-anchors the channel’s News at Noon and its 5:30 PM newscast.

This spring, not long before commencement here on our campus at UTC, LaTrice stopped by our studio at WUTC.
