Here in Chattanooga, atop the Parkway Towers building - where for years the word “JUNK” in capital letters could be read as far as the eye could see - there is now another four-letter word in all caps: “LOVE.”

The tale of transformation is told by two local creatives who stopped by our studio: Steve Derthick, singer-songwriter - and Pedro Abriles, music producer and composer.
