This year’s Chattanooga Film Festival is once again all virtual, as it was last year during the pandemic.
The festival begins online tomorrow with the world premiere of “Scenes From An Empty Church” - and concludes on Sunday with the Southeast premiere of “Broadcast Signal Intrusion.”
